This is my signature recipe gaining rave reviews from around the globe! It scored me 3rd place in Living Light’s 2010 Hot Raw Chef Contest.
Yield: 2-1/4 cups
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup hemp seed
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 cup cold-pressed olive oil
Place the water, lemon juice, hemp seed, garlic, peppercorns and salt in a high-powered blender. Blend from low to high speed until smooth. With the blender running on low, pour in the olive oil to emulsify. Gradually turn up the power until just combined. The result should be very thick, creamy & delicious!
