We’re living in a time where it is commonplace to be overworked, buried in stress, eating poorly for convenience and taking care of everyone but ourselves. No matter how much we are eating, many of us are malnourished. We stuff ourselves with mind numbing foods, feeling physically full and emotionally empty. On a physical level, our bodies are depleted and nutrient levels are low due to a lack of live, nutrient dense foods. Imbalances arise and our well being is compromised. On an emotional level, depression and disorders can creep in when our levels drop even lower.
