delicious weekend

I was craving Mexican this weekend & whipped up some spicy sunflower crumble, macadamia cream & fresh salsa.  Green Tacos rule!

My Omega Vert juicer just arrived and I am thrilled!  The juice tastes so rich and green!  I’m in love!

Oh my!  This was the flavor highlight of my weekend–Strawberry Lemonade.  Let’s see if I can recall the quickie recipe for you:

juice of 3 small lemons

2 cups strawberries (I used a mix of fresh and frozen so the drink was cold but not icy)

1.5 cups water

2-3 tablespoons raw honey

Blend all & enjoy…I know you will!
